We only transfer your personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent.

Recipients of your personal data may primarily be other doctors, associations of statutory health insurance physicians, health insurance funds, the medical service of the health insurance funds, medical associations and private medical clearing houses. The data is mainly transferred for the purpose of invoicing the services provided to you and to clarify medical questions and questions arising from your insurance relationship. In individual cases, data may be transferred to other authorized recipients. Recipients of your personal data may be, in particular

Data protection for applications and in the application process
We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits the relevant application documents electronically, for example by e-mail, to the controller. If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If we do not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests of the controller. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
